We will write your on hold message script (after liaising with you), select the best voice and music to bring it to life for you.

STEP 1: You fill in our On Hold Production Brief

STEP 2: We assess your brief and reply with an “outline” as to how we suggest proceeding. (Please allow a few working days for this to arrive)

STEP 3: Upon written approval of our concept, payment is requested (Normally via PayPal)

STEP 4: Once your payment has cleared, we begin the FULL WRITE, get approval and then head in to production.

STEP 5: We aim to deliver your completed On Hold Message as an mp3 file (or as requested) … within 2 working days.
